We offer FREE SHIPPING on all order regardless of the size of the order. There is a small handling fee on $6.95 added to each order. All orders under 8 pounds will be shipped USPS. The shipping charges for USPS and UPS given at checkout are not applicable to the free shipping method. To receive the free shipping offer you must choose the free shipping option of $6.95 and we will choose the best shipping method for your order.

about volume pricing. If you use a credit card, your order will shipped out
within 2 days. Out of stock items are generally shipped within 5 to 7 days after
the order is received. If you pay by personal check, your order will ship 5 business
days after we receive your check. Please allow 5 to 7 days for delivery after
receiving a shipping conformation email from Casto Company.

solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information
pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card
numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer
for their order. We do not store credit card information including card numbers.

Volume Pricing

Return Policy
You must call 1-407-323-8418
to receive a RMA number before returning all or part of your order. All orders
are subject to a 20% restock fee. The handling fee is non refundable. Electrical
parts are not returnable.
